The Finest Fishing Fleet! All of our boats are U.S. Coat Guard Certified and licensed to accommodate 1-6 passengers. The “Nicky Boy” is an extra wide 35 foot Viking Sport Fisherman, accommodating up to six anglers very comfortably. “Nicky Boy II” is a sleek, 34 foot Proline Sport Fisherman outfitted with the latest in sport fishing gear. “Nicky Boy III & IV” are 36 foot long, 14 foot wide Tiaras, that accommodate 6 fisherman with ease. Winthrop Harbor Calendar ( Spring Only)
April 25th thru May 31st
Enjoy the fishing from Winthrop Harbor, Illinois. Experience fast serious action and “ limit catches” of magnificent Coho Salmon and Steelhead. Book early. These dates fill up fast!

Port Washington Calendar (Summer/Fall)
June 16th thru June 30th
June is the month for abundant catches of Large Steelhead and Coho Salmon. We leave from picturesque Port Washington Harbor for hours of spectacular fun and productive fishing.

July 1st thru July 31st
For the best King Salmon fishing on Lake Michigan, the place to be is with “Nicky Boy” as we leave from Port Washington Harbor. The “Kings” range from the 20 to 30 pound class. Intermixed with the “Kings”, prepare to experience some terrific Large Steelhead and Coho action.

August 1st thru August 31st
What a month! Catches of 15 to 20 fish per trip are common in the Port Washington Harbor. Our main target during this period is the fantastic King Salmon. These beauties can range up to 30 pounds plus!

With the arrival of Fall the King Salmon have reached the peak of their weight class and moving to the shallower water of the harbor shoreline to spawn. We go out to harvest the large “Kings” in the early to late morning. Later we move off shore for a variety of two to three year old salmon. Brown Trout are also on out radar, reaching weights of up to 30 pounds!

Located just 30 miles north of Milwaukee, Port Washington boasts a touch of New England charm in a friendly lakeside village. Port's beautiful downtown is located right by the marina for easy access and that cool lake breeze on a hot summer day. On the National Register of Historic Places, Port has the largest collection of pre-civil War buildings in the state. Port's downtown is filled with an eclectic blend of fun shops and great restaurants. Visitors will love the micro-winery, old fashioned meat market, and family owned fish smokehouse. Along the Harbor walk, visitors will be able to view exhibits commemorating shipwrecks off of the Port Washington coast. These are just some of the great stops Port Washington has to offer!

Lake Michigan is 22,300 square miles of of fishing adventure. It's the 3rd largest great lake, and the 6th largest freshwater lake in the world. The average depth is 289 feet with the largest known depth of 925 feet. While only being the 6th largest freshwater lake, Lake Michigan has the most beach area of any freshwater lake.
